Thank you, Minecraft.

Image credit: Microsoft/Mojang As my childhood crumbles and fades away, I have had to say goodbye to many of the things I formerly held dear. Angry Birds? Irrelevant. Gravity Falls? Ended 3 years ago (yeesh, time flies). Google+? Shut down. Hotel? Trivago. But one of the biggest phenomenons that defined my childhood was the game Minecraft. The first version of the game was released exactly a decade ago on May 17 (two days ago, this post is slightly late), and know I guess I know why adults constantly say that they "feel old" whenever an aspect of their childhood is brought up. To think that Minecraft , of all things, was released 10% of a century ago... it's hard to wrap my head around just how much of my life it has been around for. This post serves as a sort of trip down memory lane of all the things that Minecraft has done for the lives of me and other kids worldwide, as well as a reflection on what made it so special and what exactly is next for the game. I, ...

Minecraft PE 0.12 Beta Released, Features, and Full Version Release Date + Minecraft Windows 10 Edition + Minecraft: Story Mode Trailer + Microsoft Hololens Minecraft

I am really, really, sorry that I have not been able to make posts in a while. I was on vacation, and whenever I tried to use the Blogger app, it kept on deleting whatever I was working on. In fact, I had to rewrite this 3 times. Now that I am back home and finally have my hands back on my PC again, I have prepared an extra special long post for you, all about Minecraft. I hope you enjoy.  (Also, you will see from now on that some of the images on my blog will have the TTHT logo at the bottom. This shows that I put them together) The MCPE 0.12.0 Beta has been released, and it will certainly not disappoint. With Microsoft in control of Mojang, they obviously mean business. They took a huge chunk of what fans wanted and squeezed it into one big, fat, update for MCPE. It has things that should have been added a long time ago, like F5 mode, ocelots, and golems. It also adds some major ones too, including an entire new dimension for ...

Minecraft PE Builds: Angry Birds Silver Bird and Mighty Eagle!

Hello, guys! This is Arca. The only two Minecraft PE Angry Birds Builds I had left were the Silver Bird and the Mighty Eagle. So without further ado, here they are! The Silver Bird (named Silver), is a bird that not as many people know about. She is from the game Angry Birds 2, released last year. The one I built is mostly grey, with some white shaped like a triangle in the centre. There are two grey curves next to her eyes. She has round eyebrows above her eyes. To make the eyeshine in her eyes, I put a stone button on each. She has two black tail feathers and two curved grey head feathers. The top of her beak is red and curves over the bottom part, which is yellow. The mighty eagle is my 3rd biggest Angry Birds build I made so far. The slingshot is the biggest, and the Red Bird was too much oversized. He has brown stomach feathers with parts sticking out in many different sizes. His stomach is in front of the rest of his body. He has a big yellow curved beak...

Very First Blog Post Ever

I used to have a blog on this blogging program  called  Squidoo. But then it went crazy and I had to transfer it all to Blogspot(now owned by Google.)  Squidoo was fun. They even had countdowns and polls that you could add as posts. But with Google's Blogspot,  there is only text, images, and videos. So it all started one day when I got back from Turkey and tried to Publish new things but then a message appeared saying that publishing was disabled. It also said learn more at... Then a link.  I clicked it. Here it is: http://hq.squidoo.com/squid-news/squidoo-and-hubpages/ It said that in a few weeks, Squidoo was being transfered to HubPages or whatever. "This is great news, wonderful news, blah blah blah..."      So basically  I had  to start all over again on all my hard work. But why start off with the same company that has just been sold to another company, when you can start new? That's why I chose Google. Here...
