One of which is a pal who lives an almost two-hour-drive away from me and owns a PlayStation 4. Under normal circumstances, I would have maybe visited him once a month or once every two months. In today's gaming news roundup (a rare instance of me actually doing two news roundups two days in a row), I will take advantage of my later sleep schedule due to the sudden cancellation of all school and work in my school tomorrow for a staff day (that was one happy surprise of a voice mail, even if I'm not sure if they'll go ahead and add a day to the calendar) to write about more than just two separate topics. Today, as we had a discussion about current events and biased news sources in my English class, I noticed something. My group was deep in discussion about the way that the coronavirus was represented in the media, and I noticed that it may have been eerily predicted in an unexpected form of media, as recently as 2018: A video game. And not just any videogame, but one that takes place in Manhattan, where a few cases of coronavirus were recently confirmed. That would be Insomniac Games' Marvel's Spider-Man for the PS4.
