The first full NINTENDO DIRECT in half a year (rumored to be) happening next week!

Image Credit: Nintendo Before I get into the news (which is what most of you are here for, I know), here's two short paragraphs of me talking about how my day today has been. Today was my third day of online school, and I have to say while there were a few more stressful moments (namely, some tests and quizzes, one of which was open-book), it didn't change my opinion at all that I expressed on Monday's post that it was light-years better than my recent experiences of physically going to school. I even had "remote learning" gym class, or P.E., where I got to run around my neighborhood for half-an-hour, take a screenshot of my phone's health data of my steps and the distance I traveled, and then have a forty-minute break! The weather outside was pretty nice too, even if it wasn't the warmest it could have been. It definitely wasn't chilling, though, either. Then, when I got home I worked on my Python course on Codecademy for maybe forty-five mi...

THE BEST DAY EVER (News Roundup- Goose Game, Link's Awakening, Switch Lite, and MORE!)

A UFO came up and he smiled at me... He said it's gonna be a good day just wait and see... Jumped out of my tent, and I Naturo-ran outside, feeling so like Kyle and paranoid... It's the best, day, eveeeerrrrrr..... Oh, sorry about the Spongebob song lyrics. It's just that I was feeling particularly happy about how September 20th, 2019, is actually the most eventful day of this year. What makes September 20th so special this year? I'm going to list as many things as I can, and make each thing brief as possible. Without further ado, let's get started! I'll list this in order of most boring to most exciting. Most boring stuff first, all on today, September 20, 2019.  National Fried Rice Day, National Pepperoni Pizza Day, and National String Cheese Day Image Credit: Gimme Some Oven I have no idea who thought it was a good idea to have so many food-related holidays in one day, but there you go. Surprisingly, I unknowingly celebrated one of thes...

Nintendo Direct E3 2019- What to Expect (and not)

It's the most wonderful time of the year.... With the gamers all playing and everyone telling you to ride the hype train... It's the most wonderful time of the year! It's the hype-hypiest season of all. With those leaks and rumors and speculative rambling when E3 comes by... It's the most wonderful time of the year! There'll be predictions to make and leaks to debunk and expectations to set... And tales of those failed E3's long, long ago... It's the most wonderful time of the year!  Oh, wait, are you guys reading this right now? Oh, sorry for my singing. It's just that I tend to get very festive this time of the year. *Ahem*. Where was I? Oh yeah, E3 2019 is finally here! The Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3 for short, is the annual gaming convention and press conference where gaming studios and developers take the curtains off from some of their biggest game and console projects and announcements for the public! It's no boring selectio...

BREAKING NEWS- Brand new Smash Bros Direct confirmed for this week! +Nintendo sues emulation sites, loads of new third-party Switchcontrollers, and more! | Nintendo News Roundup

Hello, this is Arca, and while you are reading this right now, I am in Turkey. Long-time fans of my blog, or anyone who knows me personally, is familiar with the fact that every summer, I go on vacation to Turkey for around three weeks to visit my family and go to the beach. Seeing as I have around three weeks, a decent chunk of which I will be sitting around doing nothing, I decided to not put my time (and WiFi) to waste. To make the most of the summer I have left, I will try to continue to blog as much as possible, even in Turkey. Of course, it won't be as frequent or detailed, but I will try my best to post a few times a week. My blog will still be about my regular post topics, but this time, I will also make a post at the end of each week discussing what I did in Turkey that week. This week, so far, I am in Ankara (the capital of Turkey), and I happened to meet a famous Turkish journalist woman named Ayşe Arman. My mom recognized her at the New York airport, and immedi...
